• WEEKEND & SHIFT PAY DIFFERENTIAL
We offer additional compensation for weekends or special shifts.

We offer the option of enrolling in an excellent dental plan, at an affordable cost. Family plans are also available.

Our center offers on-site ongoing training for health care professionals through inservice workshops and other activities.

• TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
We support our employees who want to learn and advance in their nursing careers -- and in life. Tuition reimbursement is offered upon pre-arranged working contracts which obligates 1 year of employment at facility. Ask your administrator for more info.

• PAID VACATION
Full time employees are eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year. Part-time employees accrue vacation time based on hours worked.

• PERSONAL DAYS
Full-time employees are eligible for 3 personal days after 3 months of employment.

• PAID HOLIDAYS
Full-time employees enjoy 6 paid holidays after 3 months of employment. Part-time employees have paid holidays which are pro-rated

• PAID BEREAVEMENT TIME
We understand that families need to be together in times of grief.

• PAID JURY DUTY
Jury duty is part of being a good citizen. We will continue to pay you your regular salary if you are called upon to serve on a jury.

• "PERFECT ATTENDANCE" REWARDS
We offer financial incentives for perfect attendance during a given 6-month period. After six months of perfect attendance, you will receive a $50 savings bond. Go another six months without missing a day, and you will again receive a $50 savings bond. And to reward you for a full 12 months of perfect attendance, we will give you an additional $100 savings bond. Planned vacation time will not be counted against an employee’s attendance record -- we want our staff to enjoy their time off!

Our company newsletter keeps our employees aware and informed of company policies, facility news, current trends in health and nursing care and employee activities. It offers a vehicle for communication between management and staff.
